MADE TO WORK
“Before You Were You”

The Bible is a…
HE BOOK (His story)
WE BOOK (Our story)
ME BOOK (My story)
There was a CREATOR who made things to work.
Genesis 1:1 — In the beginning God (Elohim) created the heavens and the earth…
Genesis 2:1 — Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array.
Romans 1:20 — For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—His eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
There was a DIVINE DESIGNER who handmade a man and a woman, on purpose, for a purpose.
Genesis 2:7 — Then the Lord God (Yahweh Elohim) formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.
Genesis 2:20b-22 — But for Adam no suitable helper was found. So the Lord God (Yahweh Elohim) caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, He took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the place with flesh. Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and He brought her to the man. …That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.
Genesis 1:26-28 — Then God said, “Let us make humankind in Our image, in Our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” So God created humankind in His own image, in the image of God He created them; male and female He created them. God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it.”
Genesis 8:21-9:1 — Then the Lord said, “I will never again curse the ground because of the human race, even though everything they think or imagine is bent toward evil from childhood. I will never again destroy all living things. As long as the earth remains, there will be planting and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night.” Then God blessed Noah and his sons and told them, “Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth…”
