Pastor Dan Levy – March 24, 2024
Romans 1:21-22, 24 (NLT) – Yes, they knew God, but they wouldn’t worship him as God or even give him thanks. And they began to think up foolish ideas of what God was like. As a result, their minds became dark and confused. Claiming to be wise, they instead became utter fools. And instead of worshipping the glorious, ever-living God, they worshipped idols… So God abandoned them to do whatever shameful things their hearts desired…”
God calls His people to worship in SPIRIT and in TRUTH.
John 4:23-24 (NIV) – “… a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”
